Free sms!!!!!!!?

In yahoo messenger they provide option for sending sms to our friends from our pc. Can we send UNLIMITED sms for FREE??? If we give sms to our friends, do they have to reply compulsorily within 3 sms or something so that once again we can sms them using our pc?

4. It's free for you to send and recieve as many as you want. There's no limit unless the person with the phone tells yahoo they don't want to recieve messages anymore. The person you're sending messages to will be charged (the same price as sending/recieving any normal sms). They can reply too.
