How can I send a free SMS through the internet to a cell phone in Morocco?

I want to send an SMS to someone in Morocco who has a cell phone with the prefix 069. What site(s) online can i use to send free SMS's to this cellphone?? I mean there has to be someway of doing so, right? First of all - *thank you* for your answer Fez! I just signed up for the menara.ma one after i saw your answer...but for some reason it seems to have all the prefix except 069! The same thing with mobileiam... ugh! Are there some # in morocco that are impossible to send sms to?

Wow it has been forever since I needed to do this but I think it is through : http://www.menara.ma/ click on mon sms or here: http://www.mobileiam.ma I'll have to ask dh tomorrow to be sure...or somebody else on here will know. EDIT: I thought 69 was a cell phone prefix ...and.....well.....I will ask dh later to be sure...or maybe somebody else will have the answer! :D

3. 069 is a cell prefix, but Fez gave the right websites, and if it isn't there, then I don't know what to tell you! Sorry!

Hello there, there's two main cell phone operators in morocco, the one already mentioned above and also there's "www.meditel.ma" in order to send sms to a "meditel" phone from the web you should sign in there, i think the 069 prefix is meditel's that's why u couldn't find it at the menara website. good luck.
