Is there a way to transfer games from 1 Nokia to another Nokia?

I have Tmobile and my old ph Nokia 3220 has some games i want to play on my new ph Nokia 6086..How do I transfer games?

1. transfer them using your computer put games on computer by connectin one mobile the get the other and connect it to computer and transfer into its memory also they may not be compatable with one another.
